Now that you’ve decided to start selling in other countries where their main language is not English, you will find the Translation Application very useful.

There are now 8 different languages you can translate your Product Listing into.

To access the Application, click on the Translations link on the left navigation.

If you have no previous Translations requested, the initial page will be empty. Just select Create to start

To create a new order or you can do this directly from the left navigation.

You can then start to populate the information by selecting , either use the Quick Access (plus) menu at the top of the page or click on the Create button on the top right of the page.

There are two ways to complete the order form:

  1. Manually - just select the Product from the drop down

box and then inputting a short description and continuing down the fields.Image RemovedAlternatively, if

  2. If you have already created your Listing on the Listing Builder

  1. Application, you will be able to select Import from Listing Builder

and this will automatically bring through all the information for this Product. Select

Then select the relevant Product and country and then from the drop down list and click on Integrate to load the information created in the Listing Builder Application for your Product.

This will populate the majority of the fields. You will then populate the information from your Listing Builder.

only need to select the relevant Product and the short description will automatically populate.

Next you can select the translation language. You can choose as many of these as you like. In the example below, 4 translations have been chosen.

Just click on the ones that you want and the box will highlight. In this example, 4 of the languages have been chosen.

There is a minimum order amount of US$20.

Then click on Next to move to the order summary page. Once you have clicked on next, this will save your information.

You can opt out at this point and if you want to come back at a later point to pay, you will be able to edit your translation from the summary page.

The order summary page will show which the wording you have requested for your translation and also the cost for each translation along with the total price to pay. , which is 10c per word and then multiplied by the number of translations.

So in the example shown below, the original listing is 141 words, the cost for one translation is 141 x 10c = US$14.10. If you are having 4 languages translated as shown, the number of words is 4 x 141 = 564 and the cost would be 564 words x 10c = US$56.40.

If you have a Coupon, you can select it to apply to the final payment before you go to Checkout and to pay for your Translation.

Depending on whether you have anything left to pay, you will either go to the payment page or you will receive a confirmation that your order has been successfully created.

You can view or edit your order, however, once your order has been paid for, the edit icon will no longer be available. Just click on the relevant icon from the summary page.

The view icon will take you to an overview of your order.

The edit icon will take you back into your order and you will be able to edit your translation from the summary page and make a payment. This option is only available to you if you haven’t yet paid for your order.
