Why do you not add the bonus item as part of the PPC Blast campaign?
We do not typically add the bonus items to the campaigns as the customer will be searching for the primary product - the product you are selling.
We found that including the bonus only makes sense when it comes up in the search bar. For example "guitar case and strap" is a good term because people search for it, while "baby proofing edge protector" comes with the corner guards and the bonus is for example "finger protectors".
The finger protector is a completely different product, which could have its own separate PPC blasts.
