Click on the Forgot Password? link on the sign-in page to enter an email address. After doing so, you will receive a special URL via email. Your password may also be changed at any time when logged into Superhero Eco-System. To learn more, please see How to Change Your Password.
Enter the email account used for logging into the Superhero Eco-System and then click on Reset Password. The email must match what is on file to continue with the reset. If it does not, then you will not be able to access the link provided in the password reset email.
The provided email will appear similar to what is shown below and you will need to click on the first link within the email located underneath "Please, follow the link below to setup new password".

This link is only valid for a short period of time and will expire after the time has passed. If the link becomes invalid, you will be redirected to a page where this message is shown: "invalid token. Please, request a password reset link." You will need to start over if this message appears on the screen to receive a new, valid link for the password reset. |
For a valid link, you will be redirected to the Password Reset Form, which may be used to create a new password for your Superhero Eco-System account. Enter a new password for your account and then confirm it. Once finished, click on Sign In.

You will also receive a confirmation email to show that the password for your account has been reset. If you did not attempt to reset your password and receive an email regarding a password reset, contact Marketplace Superhero support immediately. This is a security measure to ensure you are aware of any account changes such as a password reset. |
