Now that you’ve decided to start selling in other countries where their main language is not English, you will find the Translation Application very useful.

There are now 8 different languages you can translate your Product Listing into.

To access the Application, click on the Translations link on the left navigation.

If you have no previous Translations requested, the initial page will be empty.

To create a new order

, either use the Quick Access (plus) menu at the top of any page in the EcoSystem or click on the Create button on the top right of the page.

Select the Product from the drop down

If you don’t have a Listing already stored in your EcoSystem account for that product, you will need to complete all the fields.

Just click on the ones that you want and the box will highlight. In this example, 4 of the languages have been chosen.

Click on Next to view your order details.

There is a cost of 0.15c per word and a minimum order amount of US$20.

Then click on Next to move to the order summary page.

Once you have clicked on next, this will save your information. You can opt out at this point and if you want to come back at a later point to pay, you will be able to edit your translation from the summary page.

So in the example shown below, there is a total of 572 words which is split between the 4 languages so 143 words per translation.

Each translation costs US$21.45 i.e. 143 words x 15c per word. So for the 4 languages, this would be 4 x US$21.45 which gives a total of $85.80.

If you have a Coupon, you can select it to apply to the final payment

Then click on the Checkout button to pay for your Translation.

If you don’t have a coupon, you will go to the payment page. Complete the details and click on Pay.

Once you have paid or used a Coupon, you will receive a confirmation message.

Viewing or Editing your Order

You can view or edit your order using the icons on the right on the order summary page, however, once your order has been paid for, the edit icon will no longer be available.

The view icon will take you to an overview of your order.

The edit icon will take you back into your order and you will be able to edit your translation from the summary page and make a payment. This option is only available to you if you haven’t yet paid for your order.

Order Statuses

Your order status will change as it progresses. The statuses are shown below.

Status

Meaning

Draft

An order has been created but not yet paid for. No further action will be taken until payment has been made.

Submitted

The order has been created and paid and is awaiting allocation to a Team Member.

In Progress

Your order has been assigned to a Team Member(s) to create the Listing.

Completed

You will be notified once all the your translations have been completed.

If you have requested more than one translation, this will potentially be sent to different Team Members to translate and individual translations may become available at different times because of this.

You will receive a confirmation email once you have placed your order. Also, each time a translation has been completed, you will also receive an email notification of this. You will then be able to view this in your EcoSystem and download the details.
