Limited Replenishment Quantity?

########### UPDATE as of JULY 2021 ########

These instructions work for the classic inward order workflow on Amazon Seller Central. The new Send to Amazon option is tricky. If you have the option to change back to the classic workflow at the top of the page, do so and follow these instructions - see the attached image of the note to see if you can change over.

If you don't have this option, for now, just submit a project to mailto:support@enzone.com to rebox your products BEFORE creating a replenishment and then you can then process a case packed order.

Even though Amazon is now allowing more products to be replenished, they have implemented more restricted quantities.

If you have a master carton at the EnZone hub with more units than Amazon is allowing you to send at one time, Freight still has you covered!

You can submit a replenishment for "Individual Items":

  1. Input the quantity you wish to send. The replenishment order will be sent to the warehouse as an Individual Pack & Case request.

  2. The EnZone hub will take a master carton from stock and unpack it into the new quantity requested (leaving a now odd carton configuration in stock).

  3. You will receive the new carton size and weight so you can complete the inward request to Amazon.

  4. Retrieve your shipping labels, and then attach them to the replenishment for the warehouse to send to Amazon.

Easy Peasy!

P.S. There is a small charge for this reboxing, as it does take a little time and a new boxÂ
