Create a new Trademark Package Order

Please note, when you are buying from the Brand Store, if there are no logos to choose from, this means that they are sold out and you will have to wait until the next Brand ‘drop’ which are scheduled for roughly once a month and will usually be advertised on the Wednesday Wealth session.
From the Brand Store Orders summary page, to create a new order, you can either use the quick access menu + which is at the top of most pages or click on the Create button in the top right.
You will be taken to the Brand Store home page where you will see the different package options. If you click on My Orders, you will go to your list of previously created Brand Store Orders.
If you hover over the packages, the page will flip around to show you what is included in each package.
Under the Packages there is a list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).
Hover over the Trademark Package and then click on Get started.

This will load up the Package that you have chosen.
You first need to decide whether you want to start using the Brand immediately or put a part payment down on a Brand that you want to use in the future. The two options are:
A once off full payment for the Trademark Package; or
A deposit of $98 to Park the Mark. This then reserves that Brand for you for future use and no-one else will have access to it. You then pay the full balance when you are ready to start using it.
The default country for registering your Trademark will be the USA and the cost is in USD.
Then select the logo that you want. Once you have chosen and paid, that logo will be removed from the logo options to ensure that someone else doesn’t choose it. You can scroll across for more options.
You will see the total of your order at the bottom of the page.
If you try to Checkout before completing all the necessary fields, you will get a red warning message and won’t be able to continue.
Once you have completed your order, you can either:
Click on back - this will take you back a page.
Checkout - this will take you to the checkout page.
Return to List - this will take you back to any previously created Brand Store orders.
To pay for your order, click on Checkout. You will see the order total along with a breakdown of what is included.
You will need to confirm that all the information is correct before proceeding by checking the box. You won’t be able to proceed until you do.

Then click on Submit for payment.
You will be taken to the payment page to complete your order.
Once completed, you will be taken to the order summary page and receive a confirmation advising you of the order number and your order will show as a submitted status.
You will also receive information about what will happen next.
You can refer back to these instructions at any time by going into the Notifications section on the EcoSystem.
From the main summary page, click on the view icon…
…and this will show the next steps involved in processing your order.
For the Trademark Package, you will need to click on the different links which will load the forms in a new tab. Please complete the details requested on the form and submit.
Your order will then proceed through the different statuses. To see what the different statuses are, please see Navigating around the Brand Store help pages.
When your order has been completed, it will automatically be added to your Brand Assets in the common data section. Click on the view icon on the right to access the details.
From the view page, you can click onto the domain and landing page and download the logo files, email signature, any additional content and label files.
