Late Fee Policy

Start Date: We began automatically applying late fees to all past due invoices starting 23 August 2021.

Late Fee Timing: Late fees will be automatically applied to past due invoices 11 days after the invoice due date.

Late Fee Amount: A flat fee amount of £40.00 GBP will be charged and converted to each invoices applicable currency.

Fee Recurrence: If the past due balance remains unpaid, a recurring fee of £40.00 GBP will continue to be charged every 30 days until the past due balance is paid in full.

Late Fee Invoice Net Terms: Automatically generated late fee invoices will be due in Net 3 days.
