Certificate Code (Subscription), and what is it for?
TLDR! Certificate Codes are how your minutes are pooled and handled with your subscription. For the most part they are automatically applied to your appointments. If you do run into issues read more below.
What does a Certificate code look like?
Have you seen a suspicious code in your email or maybe on the schedule block (if you are logged in)? Don’t worry that is just a code used to manage your minutes included with your subscription.
What does it look like? Here are a few screenshots of what it looks like and where you can find it:
What is a Certificate code used for?
The code is used to manage your pool of minutes for your monthly subscription. The code has your minutes assigned to it and functions like a debit card. When the code is applied (automatically) the minutes are then reduced on your subscription for the month the call occurred.
What do I need to do with the code?
For the most part you do not need to do anything with the code. The system will automatically apply the code when you use the links. If you don’t use the links you can use your email address and the code will automatically be applied on the backend.
In the rare case where your email doesn’t work, and your didn’t use a link to get to the schedule block, then you could input your “Certificate code” to schedule an included subscription appointment
What do I do if my code doesn’t apply, or doesn’t work, and I cannot schedule an appointment?
