Coupons

Watch the video to see where you can find your coupons and how they can be used.

Coupons are assigned to Member's Ecosystem accounts as part of program offers, discounts, promotions and services.

To access Coupons, click on your Profile Icon and select Coupons.

Active Coupons

Active Coupons are displayed in the ACTIVE COUPON tab.

The Active Coupons tab contains the following:

Application Coupons
Freight CBM
Photographer Coupons, Translator Coupons and Validator Coupons

These coupons are available to be activated for the specific application by selecting Activate coupon.

The following information is displayed in the Active Coupon summary table:

Field	Description
Application	The Application which the coupon assigned to your Ecosystem account is valid for.
Period	The Period column provides the duration the application is available for. Once the coupon has been activated, the expiry date will be set using the period specified.
Valid From Date	The Valid From Date column is the date the coupon can be used from. If this date is in the future the coupon will not be available for use.
Expiration Date	The Expiration Date shows the date the coupon expires. If the coupon has not been redeemed before the expiration date is reached, the coupon is not available for use and will move to the expired coupon tab.
Redeem Qty	The Redeem Qty specifies how many times a coupon can be used. In most cases the coupons can be redeemed once.
Action	The Action column contains the functionality to activate the coupon providing access to the specific application. To activate an application coupon, select “Activate Coupon”.

Once a subscription coupon has been activated, a notification will be displayed confirming the coupon activation.

To confirm the coupon has been applied to the specific application, view your subscriptions from the My Accounts section.

Here you will see the relevant applications you have subscribed to and the date your access to the application expires.

Freight CBM Coupon

To activate Freight CBM, select Activate Coupon

Once you have activated the Freight CBM coupon, a notification will be displayed showing the successful activation of the CBM coupon. The CBM balance will also reflect the coupon activation.

Services Coupons

When using services, additional details need to be captured in the respective application. Follow the process to request a specific service and apply the coupon during the checkout process.

The following details are provided for the services coupons:

Coupon Code	Coupon Code which is generated when the Coupon is assigned to your Ecosystem Account.
Discount Percentage	The Discount Percentage which will be applied during the checkout process for the respective service.
Valid From Date	The Valid From Date column is the date the Coupon can be used from. If this date is in the future the Coupon will not be available for use.
Expiration Date	The Expiration Date shows the date the Coupon expires. If the Coupon has not been redeemed before the Expiration Date is reached, the coupon is not be available for use and will move to the Expired Coupon tab.
Redeem Qty	The number of times the same Coupon can be redeemed.
Action	The Action column contains the functionality to open the respective application.

Utilise a product Photography Coupon by creating a product Photography Request using the Product Photography coupon provided or simply access the Product Photography application directly.

Complete the product photography forms and select your required package. There are full details on how to complete the Product Photography Application.

The total price will be displayed before applying the coupon, select Confirm to proceed.

At the bottom of the posting and packaging instructions page, select the coupon to be applied. If no coupon is available, this means there is no coupon assigned to your Ecosystem account for the specific service.

The discount percentage will be applied to the payment amount, and only the balance remaining will require processing

Complete the payment form and proceed with the payment process

A notification will be displayed confirming the transaction was processed successfully.

Expired Coupons

Once a Coupon has reached the expiry date, the coupon will move to the Expiry Coupon tab, and will not be available to be redeemed.

Coupon History

Coupons that have been activated can be viewed in the Coupon History tab.
