This page will give a quick overview of the quantity of cartons and units at each warehouse.
You can use the up and down arrows to sort the SKU or Warehouse.
You can use the search functionality to find information.
For a quick search, just type in a few letters or numbers in the top left and the result will be shown highlighted in yellow.
Alternatively, you can use the filter to search. Just click on the blue bar and this will open up. The example below shows a search for all Amber zone products at the Brisbane warehouse. Just select what you want to search for and then click on Search. When finished, click on reset to show the full list again and this will also close the filter down.
If you select View, you will be taken to the Product’s common data section.
The View action will display the Product’s main information, carton templates and marketplace information.
If you scroll to the bottom of the page, your stock information will show:
How many units you have in stock;
How many cartons you have in stock;
Which zone your stock is in;
How many cartons you have in replenishment.
If you click on the individual country, you will be able to see which zone your Product is in:
The Green zone - your Product is available for replenishment;
The Amber zone - there is an issue with your Product and the reason will be shown when you hover over the amber button.
Â
If you click on the Global tab, it will show you the total of your stock in all warehouses. If you are only selling in one country, then the total for the country will be the same as the Global total.
Â
You can click on Edit to edit your Product or if you click on Return to List, this will take you to your list of Products in the Common Data section. Further details regarding navigating around your Products are covered off in the Product Common Data area.
