Common Errors Experienced
Introduction
When creating a Product, certain errors may be experienced. Below are some of the errors that might be experienced and how to handle them.
Product not available for replenishment order
Issue - The product that you want to replenish doesn’t appear in the Product list.
When creating a replenishment order and choosing from your list of Products, if the Product that you want to replenish doesn’t appear in the dropdown list, this will be because you haven’t set up the marketplace in your Product Common Data yet.
Solution - Go to the Product Common Data section and add in the information for the Marketplace that you want to replenish. Once this has been done, you will be able to choose that Product.
Duplicate SKU
Issue - A Product with the same SKU already exists.
The SKU assigned to a product must be unique. If an identical SKU is used again to create the same type of product, an error message is displayed.
Solution - Either change the SKU to ensure it is unique if you are creating a private label product or change the product type if you are selling the same product but as a wholesale or invasion product.
Mandatory Field
Issue - This field is required.
The specific field is mandatory and you will not be able to proceed with the process of completing the form until you have provided a value for the specific field.
Solution - Populate the field with the relevant information.
