This video shows you how to apply for a UK Limited Company in the EcoSystem.

If you are planning to sell your Products on Amazon in the UK, USA or Europe, you will need to set up a new UK Limited Company.

The structure that we recommend is to have a local company for your country and to set up a UK Limited Company to sell on Amazon platforms. This will allow you to extract the profits from the UK Limited Company to your local company.

Our Team of experts can help with setting your UK Limited Company up. There is a small membership fee for this which can be paid annually or monthly. This allows you to use the MPSH address as the registered office for your company.

Also, if you want SuperHero Office Accountancy to file your tax returns, we can do this for an annual subscription.

This facility and accounting advice is only currently available in the UK. You will also need a local accountant for advice in your own country of residence.

To access SuperHero Office, select the Solutions icon from the left navigation and then Superhero Office and a choice of either Company, Directors & Shareholders or Communications.

If this is the first time using SuperHero Office, click on Company first.

You will receive an error message advising you don’t have a subscription for SuperHero Office the first time you click on the link. In order to access the information, you will need to click on Buy to subscribe.

Once you have paid for your subscription, you will then be given an option of what you want to set up:

  1. Set up both a UK Company and banking for the UK Company;

  2. Set up a UK Company only.

Click on the relevant icon.

Complete the registration application form ensuring that your Business Name is spelt correctly as there are costs incurred for amending the name once it has been submitted.

Select the approximate annual sales/revenue/turnover from the drop down box. Then click on Next.

Then add in the Shareholder and Directors.

You can pre-populate some of the fields by checking the box. Most of the boxes are mandatory.

You will need to attach notarised documents on this page. Also, check the GDPR box before saving.

You will need to confirm that the documents provided match the Beneficial Owner personal residential address on the application - select Yes to continue or Cancel.

You will receive confirmation that your information has been added.

Select Add if you have further shareholders to add on up to a maximum of 100%. Or click on Next to continue. If you try to continue before you have added shareholders totalling 100%, you won’t be able to continue.

Once you have a total of 100% shareholders, click on Next to continue.

Click on Get Started to continue.

Click to digitally sign the paperwork.

You will be given 3 different options to do this:

  1. Draw it in;

  2. Type it in;

  3. Add a photo of your signature.

You can choose to insert the signature you choose in all signing places or you can do it individually. If you choose individually, you will need to go through this process for each indicated place to sign.

Once you have completed all the required fields, click on Continue.

Check all the details and either Edit or click on I agree to submit your Application.

You will receive a confirmation regarding the status of your Application. You will be notified once this has been approved.

When you go back into SuperHero Office and click on Company, you will be able to view your company details and your Incorporation Documents will be attached for viewing.

If you click on Directors & Shareholders, those details will also be showing.

If you click on Communications, this will show you a list of Communications sent to you and whether any action is required to complete the registration.

Click on View on the right to open the Communication.

Click on Complete.

Then click on Yes to complete or cancel to leave as it is.

The status of the Communication will be changed to Completed.
