Direct Shipments

We can accept direct shipments to our warehouse. Direct shipments are shipments that you organize yourself.

Direct Shipments are subject to a Creation Fee and there is a small handling fee which covers receiving the shipment. 

In this process, the EnZone team does not have any involvement until your goods are received at the respective warehouse.

There are 3 different types of Direct shipments:

  • Full container sent via sea

  • LCL (Less than container load ) by sea

  • Air Express via a courier such as DHL or Fedex

 

All direct shipments MUST be sent to the respective EnZone warehouse with full duty paid. We will not be responsible for any delivery costs, taxes, import duties or VAT (if applicable). If this is not adhered to, we will not be able to accept the direct shipment into our warehouse.

Importing your Goods, take note of the following:

  • When importing into the US, you may need an EIN number which is your responsibility to acquire.

  • Speak to your Freight Forwarder who is shipping your goods to resolve any issues with your EORI’s or EIN’s.

  • Contact your Freight Forwarder or Air express handler to handle the process of delivery to the respective EnZone warehouse and any duties applicable. EnZone is not able to intervene during any part of this process.

  • EnZone should only be contacted once your goods have cleared customs and are ready to be delivered to the respective EnZone warehouse. Contact should be made through your Freight Forwarder and not through you personally.

  • EnZone is not responsible for contacting your Freight Forwarder. It is your Freight Forwarder's responsibility to make contact.

  • Inform your Freight Forwarder that the SRN you created for your direct shipment in the EnZone application is our main reference number, and it is critical that they have this information.

 

You cannot use any of our warehouse addresses as a Consignee Address for International Direct Shipments.

Effective immediately, EnZone will charge every member a penalty fee of $150 for every direct shipment that is being billed to us.

No exceptions!

 

N.B. The above charge does not apply to wholesale direct shipments as they are not international shipments and therefore no consignee is required.
