 Can payment terms be extended beyond 7 payments?

We do look forward to partnering with you. And we understand that impacts can happen. Please reach out to us to discuss why you need more than 7 payments and we will work with you if possible. Please note that there will be an administrative fee for this of $40.

 Can the holiday term be extended?

You have 21 days to start selling your products on Amazon before repayments begin. If you are having difficulties within this window, please contact us at capital@marketplacesuperheroes.com and we can discuss the options.

 Can I use my own pre-bought CBM?

Guess what, you don’t need to. A big bonus of Capital Club is the partnership with Superhero Freight. Superhero Capital can take advantage of the best and most exclusive freight rates because it is part of the same company group. This means that your costs are kept down to a minimum and you don’t need to use your own CBM to ship the goods.

 For small shipments can I arrange for another freight forwarder instead of SuperHero Freight?

With all the steps involved we are not currently able to support alternative Freight Forwarding options. All successful Superhero Capital applications must be Superhero Freight members and must use Superhero Freight to transport their goods.

 For a small quantity of units shipments, can these be funded inside the loan but freight costs paid separately?

No, the loan covers all the products and services normally provided by SHF. If you wish to order small quantities of products, you cannot apply for the capital for the product / products and then arrange your own shipping.

 Can we use Airfreight for transporting goods?

With all the steps involved we are not currently able to support alternative Freight Forwarding options. All successful Superhero Capital applications must be Superhero Freight members and must use Superhero Freight to transport their goods. Superhero Capital currently funds Sea Freight Only.

 Can we create the SRN ourselves?

No, our team will create the SRN and create the CBM on our EcoSystem and it will be assigned to SuperHero Freight.

 I have already paid 30% deposit to my supplier, can SH capital simply pay me the remainder of the amount needed as a straightforward loan.

No, currently the process must include the deposit as this is part of the full calculation for Superhero Capital. The amount includes deposit and shipping costs. Superhero Capital will have ownership of the stock until it is paid for.

 What is the APR (annual percentage rate) charged on my loan?

Typically the APR sits at 20% however members of some programmes such as our Unite programme or Capital Club, are able to claim capital at a unique APR rate.

 Will I have access to all my products as soon as it arrives in the SHF hub?

Access to the stock will be delivered in stages based on deposit amount and repayments. You will have access to an amount related to your deposit payment. So for example, if you have paid a 30% deposit then you will have access to 30% of the goods, 10% deposit will give you access to 10% of the goods etc.

 Can I repay my capital amounts quicker so that I can access more of my products?

Nice job gathering your funds and improving your cash flow. We would be happy to have you complete your repayments early. You can set this up with the Capital Team through support. Please note that there will be an administrative fee of $40.

 Who pays the supplier?

We do. Not you! Us. You pay us the deposit and we pay the supplier, as we remain the owners of the majority of the product order until you have made the necessary repayments.

 Who places the order with the supplier?

Again, that's us. We will place the order and liaise with you on that. Any packaging issues etc., we will ask for the supplier to contact you directly.

 Will I be notified when my Product reaches the SuperHero Freight hub?

Yes, our Freight Support Team will keep you informed and you will know when the goods have arrived and been checked in.

 How does invoicing work for tax etc?

Superhero Capital sets up your invoices through our payment account Superhero Solutions. In combination with GoCardless. Invoices will be sent three days prior to the payment due date.

 Are any solutions included in the service, such as photography?

Superhero Capital does not include photography or any other solution service. All services, such as listing, photography, PPC, translation, etc… are handled by you so that you can select the services you want and need.

 When will the stock show in my Ecosystem?

As soon as the shipment arrives in the warehouse(s) it will be checked in following normal SHF processes. Once the check-in is complete you will be notified and your stock will appear in the Ecosystem.

 Do you provide Quality Checks?

A quality check is not included with Capital Club. You can order it with a separate service provider if you would like that service provided.

 Can I get a refund?

If you no longer wish to use Capital, you can request a refund up to 30 days after signing up with your initial payment- after this 30 day period, no refunds shall be approved.

 Can I cancel my membership?

When signing up to Capital Club you are agreeing to a one-year subscription to Capital.

 Can I pause my membership or payments?

There will be no pausing*, cancellation, or refunds after the 30 day period (described above). *We understand that there can be impacts on your business. Please stay in contact with us before and during these situations. In some situations due to unexpected events, we may offer (within the 30 day period described above) a single pause for one term (one 3-month cycle).

 When do my repayments start?

You will not make any repayments until your goods have arrived in the largest marketplace for 21 days. That gives you 21 days of selling before you have to give us a penny.

 Late fees and failure to make repayments
  1. Communication is key with Capital Club and your loans. If, for whatever reason, you feel like you may not be able to make one of your repayments, please contact us and we will happily work something out with you. We are here to help!!

  2. We will reach out to you multiple times

  3. Missed payments that are greater than ten days past due will be charged a late fee of $40

  4. Multiple missed payments with no communication will result in a locked account

  5. If no contact is received or if no payment is received within 4 weeks goods may be confiscated. This is irreversible

 What storage costs do I have to pay?

You will be responsible for all storage costs of the product.
