We can accept direct shipments to our warehouse. Direct shipments are shipments that you organise yourself and do not make use of our consolidation service.

Direct Shipments are subject to a Creation Fee and there is a small handling fee which covers receiving the shipment.

Note

All direct shipments MUST be sent to the respective Freight warehouse with full duty paid. We will not be responsible for any delivery costs, taxes, import duties or VAT (relevant to the UKif applicable). If this is not adhered to, we will not be able to accept the direct shipment into our warehouse.

Importing your Goods, take note of the following:

  • When importing into the US, you may need an EIN number which is your responsibility to acquire.

  • With a direct shipment, you will not be able to use the Freight clearing services which are part of the consolidated service.

  • Speak to your Freight Forwarder who is shipping your goods to resolve any issues with your EORI’s or EIN’s.

  • Contact your Freight Forwarder or Air express handler to handle the process of delivery to the respective Freight warehouse and any duties applicable. Freight are not able to intervene during any part of this process.

  • Freight should only be contacted once your goods have cleared customs and are ready to be delivered to the respective Freight warehouse. Contact should be made through your Freight Forwarder and not through you personally.

  • Freight is not responsible for contacting your Freight Forwarder. It is your Freight Forwarder's responsibility to make contact.

  • Inform your Freight Forwarder that the SRN you created for your direct shipment in the Freight application is our main reference number, and it is critical that they have this information.
