Prizes
During the live stream or other events, prizes are sometimes awarded to participants who are present at the live stream or event.
If you have won a prize, first off, congratulations. And second, please email support@marketplacesuperheroes.com.
The support team will gather the appropriate information from you for the prize and hand you off to our prize coordination team.
Prizes are often unique. This means that some prizes will ship and arrive faster than others. We will try and give you an estimated timeline after you reach out to support.

Bonus Merchandise and Event Merchandise will be ordered and shipped after the last cancelation window. Typically, this is 30 days after a program begins and 30 days before special events. |
What do you have to do to get your Merchandise?
Usually nothing.
In the rare case that we need more details from you, we will reach out for those details to you using your email address.
The Delivery details for your Merchandise will be communicated in the welcome email.
The Delivery date is either, a set number of days from purchase or several days before the event.
