  1. During a live stream or other contest, prizes are sometimes awarded to participants who are present at the live stream or event.

  2. If you have won a prize, congratulations.

  3. Please email support@marketplacesuperheroes.com.

    1. Include your name and the prize details (such as what live stream you were on and what you won)

  4. The support team will gather the appropriate information from you for the prize and hand you off to our prize coordination team.

Some prizes are unique. This means that some prizes will ship and arrive faster than others. We will try and give you an estimated timeline after you reach out to support.
