Introduction
The Company Common Data section allows you to enter and maintain all your company relevant information related to your business. This enables you to only enter this data in once, and it is readily available in other applications within the Superhero Eco-System.
For each company you own, enter in the relevant information.
In cases where you have registered your UK company through Superhero Office, your company information will automatically be populated into your Superhero Eco-System Company Common Data section
The COMPANIES Common Data Section can be accessed through the Superhero Eco-System Landing page. Click COMPANIES on the left hand navigation panel.
Your list of companies will be displayed and you will be able to view all the details captured for the specific company
View Company Information
Access your company information, Click on the View icon
All the company specific information is now visible and accessible at any time
Edit Company Information
Edit your company information, Click on the Edit icon
You will be able to update all fields EXCEPT for the Company Registration Number. The Company Registration Number can only be entered once. If this number is not correct please contact the support team using email address support@marketplacesuperheroes.com
Click Save once your required updates have been made
Create Company Information
Click Add Company to create a company entry
Enter in the company details relevant to your company
The following fields are required on the Company Information entry

Registration Number | This is your company registration number which is a unique number issued to you when your company is registered. This number can be referred to in the US as EIN (Employer Identification Number), UK is CRN (Company Registration Number) and in AU is ABN (Australian Business Number) | Mandatory |

VAT Number | A VAT number is a value-added tax identification number that allows governments to track the VAT activity of registered businesses. In different countries this is referred to as VAT number in the UK, in AU it is referred to as TFN (Tax File Number) and in the US it is TIN (Tax Identification Number) | Non Mandatory |
