Introduction
The Company Common Data section allows you to enter and maintain all your company relevant information related to your business. This enables you to only enter this data once, and it is readily available in other applications within the Superhero Eco-System.
You are able to store data on multiple companies under your single Superhero Eco-System account.
In cases where you have registered your UK company through Superhero Office, your company information will automatically be populated into your Superhero Eco-System Company Common Data section.
The Companies Common Data Section can be accessed through the Superhero Eco-System Dashboard by selecting Companies on the top navigation panel.
Your list of companies will be displayed and you will be able to view all the details entered for the specific company.
View Company Information
To access your company information, select the View icon on the relevant record.
All the company specific information is now visible and accessible.
Edit Company Information
To edit your company information, select the Edit icon.
You will be able to update all fields on here. Select Save once your required updates have been made.
Create Company Information
Select Create to create a new company entry.
Enter in the relevant values in the required fields.
Mandatory fields are indicated with a red asterisk next to the field name.

VAT Number | A VAT number is a value-added tax identification number that allows governments to track the VAT activity of registered businesses. It is known by a different name in each country, for example in the UK it is known as the VAT number, in AU it is referred to as a TFN (Tax File Number) and in the US it is a TIN (Tax Identification Number). | Non Mandatory |
