Coupons

Coupons are assigned to members Superhero Eco-System accounts as part of program offers, discounts, promotions and services

Access Coupons from My Accounts → Coupons

Active Coupons can be displayed in the ACTIVE COUPON tab

These coupons are available to be activated for the specific application by selecting Activate coupon

The following information is displayed in the Active Coupon summary table:

The applications coupon table displays the information related to the application coupon

The Coupon code column shows the coupon code which is unique to each coupon

Application - The application column shows the application for which the coupon is valid for

The period column provides the duration the application is available for. Once the coupon has been activated, the expiry date will be set using the period specified

The Valid From Date column is the date the coupon can be used from. If this date is in the future the coupon will not be available for use

The Expiration date shows the date the coupon expires. If the coupon has not been redeemed before the expiration date is reached, the coupon is not available for use and will move to the expired coupon tab

The redeem qty specifies how many times a coupon can be used. In most cases the coupons can be redeemed once

The Action column contains the functionality to activate the coupon providing access to the specific application

To activate an application coupon, select “Activate Coupon”

A notification will be displayed when the coupon has been successfully applied

To confirm the coupon has been applied to the specific application, view your subscriptions from the My Accounts section

Here you will see the relevant applications you have subscribed to, and the date your access to the application expires

To activate Superhero Freight CBM, select “Activate Coupon”

Once you have activated the Superhero Freight cbm coupon, a notification will be displayed showing the successful activation of the cbm coupon. The cbm balance will also reflect the coupon activation

To make use of a services coupon, simply follow the process to request the specific service, and apply the coupon during the checkout process. Simply select the coupon to be applied

To make use of a product photography coupon,, create a product photography request using the product photography coupon provided

Complete the product photography forms and select your required package

The total price will be displayed before applying the coupon, select “Confirm” to proceed

At the bottom of the posting and packaging instructions page, select the coupon to be applied. If no coupon is available, this means there is no coupon assigned to your Superhero Eco-System account for the specific service

The discount percentage will be applied to the payment amount, and only the balance remaining will require processing

Complete the payment form and proceed with the payment process

A notification will be displayed confirming the transaction was processed successfully

Once a coupon has reached the expiry date, the coupon will move to the Expiry coupon tab, and will not be available to be redeemed
