Products will be placed into The BANK on a regular schedule. Proper notice will be given so you do not miss your allocated BANK slot, which will vary to cater for different time zones.

 

The ‘low price’ is our suggested price when coming into the market.

The ‘high price’ is for the following:

  • Once the offering gains traction, it is recommended to test price elasticity. It is also important to note that a lower sales price does not always correlate with sales velocity.

  • Similar offerings in the market may have a higher sales price than the ‘market average’.

  • With raw material and global transportation costs on the rise, we can expect an increase in retail prices across the board.

 

We wanted to make the selection process as easy as possible and minimize complexity. We would recommend analyzing the ROI in conjunction with total order value, CBM per unit and MOQ when making a selection. You can of course calculate POR yourselves if you wish to and we would strongly encourage it - the calculation would be as follows: Profit / Sales Price = POR.

Bulk orders to Canada and Australia can be arranged on reorders only. You can and should engage the EFN from your UK stock, and should you be registered for VAT in an EU country, sending stock to that country for EU sales would be highly advisable as soon as humanly possible.

  • You can use any solution coupons you already have in your EcoSystem from previous offers, including listing creations, photography coupons and PPC Blasts. However, you won’t be able to use CBM credits to remove the cost of shipping as it is included in the Trade Price you agree on when selecting a product from The BANK.

  • If you have been offered free shipping in previous programs/offers, you can use it for your own SRNs only.

As mentioned The BANK will be opened on a regular schedule, where you will have the opportunity to select one product per opening. This is to ensure fair use across the board while allowing us to provide a quality service to everyone involved. As part of The EXCHANGE program you’re allowing us up to 120 days to find your perfect products, as you may have selected more than one product.

Not on the first order. Initial trial orders are generally below MOQ, making it difficult to negotiate customization. Product branding may be available on the reorder (subject to order quantity and product type).

Branding on the products will require a 100% balance before the start of production.

While every effort is made to make sure that we have the exact and correct HS code, we cannot guarantee that at the point of arrival the duty rate we had calculated will still be 100% accurate, due to circumstances outside of our control. In the unlikely event where this causes a substantial increase in the landed cost of the product we will work directly with you to resolve any issue this may cause.

 

  • Amazon has the right to change its fulfillment fees at any time, which can have an impact on the initial ROI figure. With this in mind, we cannot take responsibility for the loss as Amazon policies are outside of our control.

  • At times there can be miscalculations when checking in a new product - if this is the case, we will assist in resolving the issue.

 

Each product in The EXCHANGE should have the above professional assets as a minimum. As I’m sure you will agree, we all want the same thing here - the best possible chances of success for your product

We will endeavor the use of inner cartons where possible and ensure optimal packaging for all products in every order. With any bulk order, breakages can occur, but again, we will always strive to find a win/win solution for all parties involved.

 

We cannot take responsibility for customer bracketing, but if there are clear quality issues with a product we will be more than happy to assist in finding a solution.

Our product guarantee is that for any units not sold from one year of the initial order, we will buy those units back from you at the unit cost paid (FOB). As soon as a re-order is requested this guarantee no longer applies. Please Note: Product guarantees do not apply to ANY re-orders

  • If you are unable to find a product that meets your requirements within the 120 day time allotted, we will provide you a refund for that product slot. Please note that we do require a 30 day notice period should this be the case.
