Program Merch, Bonus Merch, Event Merch process

When Bonus Merchandise and Event Merchandise are sent out, is based on the event or program. Typically, this is 30 days after a program begins and 30 days before special events.

  1. What do you have to do to get your Merchandise?

    1. Stay active in the program and that is it, we don’t need you to reach out about the merch.

    2. In the rare case that we need more details from you, we will reach out for those details to you using your email address.

  2. The Delivery details for your Merchandise will be communicated in the welcome email for the event or program.

  3. The Delivery date is either, a set number of days after purchase or several days before the event.

  4. All merchandise shipments will be tracked to ensure delivery.
