Resetting Your Password

The Forgot Password? option on the sign-in page can be used to reset your password when required. 

Select the Forgot Password? link on the sign-in page. Provide the email address that is associated with your EcoSystem account and select the Reset Password button. After doing so, you will receive an email in the relevant mail box with a link that will allow you to reset your account password.

Your password may also be changed at any time when logged into EcoSystem.

Select Forgot Password?

 

Enter the email address associated with your account and select Reset Password

 

The link to reset your password is only valid for a short period of time and will expire after the time has passed. If the link becomes invalid, you will be redirected to a page where this message is shown: "invalid token. Please, request a password reset link." If this message appears on the screen, you will need to repeat the password reset process as described in this tutorial. 

For a valid link, you will be redirected to the Password Reset Form, where you will be allowed to create a new password for your EcoSystem account. Enter a new password for your account and then confirm it. Once finished, click on Sign In

You will also receive a confirmation email to show that the password for your account has been reset. If you did not attempt to reset your password and receive an email regarding a password reset, contact support immediately at support@enzone.com . This is a security measure to ensure you are aware of any account changes such as a password reset.
