In this video, we give you an overview of the Dashboard and the functionality of the navigation.
The EcoSystem Dashboard is the main web page which is used to facilitate navigation to other applications and pages on the site. The dashboard also outlines certain metrics or key performance indicators which are important to managing your data and your business.
Once you have successfully logged into the EcoSystem, you will be directed to the Dashboard, which is relevant to your account.
We are continuously enhancing the dashboard to make your information easily accessible.
We’ll cover off the numbered navigation points first and then below that, we will cover off the definitions for the product information in the middle section.

A. Products | Total number of products created - broken down into active and inactive status. |
B. Shipping Orders | Total number of Shipping Orders raised since the Ecosystem Account was created. |
On Hold (Problem) - displays the Shipping Orders that have the following status: On Hold, Member to Action. | |
Active (In Production) - displays the total number of Shipping Orders that have the following status: Pending, Accepted, Contacted. | |
Active (In Transit) - displays the total number of Shipping Orders that have the following status: Received, Allocated, Loaded, At Sea, Docked. | |
Active (Arrived) - displays the total number of Shipping Orders that have the following status: Arrived, In Stock. | |
C. Replenishments | Total Created - displays the total number of Replenishment Orders that have been created since the Ecosystem Account was created. |
On Hold (Problem) - displays the total number of Replenishment Orders that are currently in the following statuses: On Hold, Member to Action. | |
Active (Being Processed) - displays the total number of Replenishment Orders that are currently in the following status: Pending, In Progress, Individual Pack & Case - Warehouse, Individual Pack & Case - Replenish, Awaiting Collection. | |
Despatched - displays the total number of Replenishment Orders that are currently in the following status: Despatched. | |
D. Freight | Expiry - displays your current Freight subscription expiry date. |

E. Inventory (Global) | Total Cartons - displays the current total number of cartons for all products in all warehouses. |
Total Units - displays the current total number of individual packaged products (units) in all warehouses. | |
Total CBM - displays the total cubic metre/meter volume for all products in all warehouses. | |
Total CBF - displays the total cubic feet volume for all products in all warehouses. | |
Total Cost Value - displays the total inventory cost using the cost price entered into the Cost Price field for the product in the product common data area, multiplied by the number of units in stock at all warehouses. | |
