Navigating around the HS Code - Pro

Watch the video to see how to navigate around the HS Code Pro and what the different statuses mean.

 

To access the Application, select Solutions, HS Code and then HS Code - Pro, which sits under Solutions on the left navigation.

If you already have HS Codes requested or previously created, you will see your list of orders on the order summary page, otherwise the page will be blank.

You can view your orders either as a list or in grid view as shown below. Both views will show you the Status of your current Listing Order in slightly different formats.

List view - There is a coloured bullet and you can hover over to see a description of the status.

Grid view - There is a banner in the top right showing the status.

Draft

An order has been created but not yet paid for. No further action will be taken until payment has been made.

Submitted

The order has been created and paid and is awaiting allocation to a Team Member to process.

Allocated

The order has been assigned to a Team Member to process.

Processing

A Team Member is currently working on your HS Code.

On Hold

Your order has been placed on hold by the allocated Team Member. You will receive a notification with the reason for this.

Member to Action

The Team Member is unable to continue with your order as there is either insufficient information provided or information needs clarifying in order to find the correct HS Code. A notification will be sent to you to action.

Processing Queued

Once you have complied with the Member to Action request, your order is placed back into the processing queue awaiting action by the Team Member.

Complete

You will be notified once your HS Code order has been completed and be able to view the result.

 

On the HS Code Pro orders page you can see:

  1. The Status of your order. This is shown by the coloured circle on the left and also, the status is shown if you hover over the Product line in list view or as a banner in grid view;

  2. An image of your product if you have added one onto the EcoSystem and if it is for a live Product. This can be done in the Product common data area. There will be no image if your order is for a Researched Product;

  3. Your order number;

  4. The Product SKU for a live Product or ASIN for a Researched Product - this is a clickable link which will take you through to either the common data section for that Product if it is live or to the Researched Product page. This link opens up in a new window;

  5. The date your order was created;

  6. The date your order was paid or if not yet paid, there will be a ‘Pay now’ link to take you through to the payment page to complete your order;

  7. View your order.

Search for an Order

You can search for your HS Code orders in 2 ways.

First you can use the Search function, which is on the left in the blue bar as shown below.

Click on the box and type in a few letters or numbers of what you are searching for. This will show all the results with those letters or numbers highlighted in yellow.

Just delete when you have finished and the full list will reappear.

Or you can use the filters on the right. Click anywhere on the blue box to open.

Then add in the information you want to search, for example, all orders that need Member to Action and click on search.

You can fill in more than one field. The example below shows all orders that are in processing and created between a date range.

To clear the information and close, click on reset. This will take you back to the full list again and close the filters down.
