UK Hub to EU Replenishments

Freight process for shipping replenishments from the UK EnZone hub in Northern Ireland to Amazon EU fulfillment centers (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, etc).

Step 1 - Be sure you have your EU VAT and EU EORI in place before you send any stock to an EU country FC.

Step 2 - Select a carrier (UPS, Parcel Force, Etc…). If you want to keep things simple you can setup a UPS (UK) account if you don’t already have one.

Note: when creating this account please be sure to use YOUR company name, address, email, and phone number, NOT any of the hubs

Step 3 - Create your inward order inside Amazon Seller Central, choose small parcel delivery and Other Courier; obtain your FBA labels only, there will not be any courier (shipping) labels attached; still choose the same half page printing option as we always recommend.

Step 4 - Create Shipping Labels: You will need to create the international shipment with your chosen carrier (UPS), as Amazon will not provide these labels for you. UPS will provide you with the Commercial Invoices and the shipping labels.

Note: Even though UPS is an Amazon partnered carrier, this does not include international shipments.

Step 5 - Create your matching replenishment order inside the Ecosystem and attach your FBA labels, UPS labels, and Commercial Invoices.

Reminder: We will need 3 documents uploaded to your ecosystem replenishment order:

-Shipping labels (UPS or other)

-FBA shipping labels

-PDF of the Commercial Invoices
