Replenishments

Once your products have arrived at the Freight hub and the team has confirmed your carton configuration and your product packaging, you can send your goods to Amazon.

When creating an FBA Inward order in your Amazon Seller Central account, you will need to select the packaging type that you will be using. The two options available are:

Case Packed Order

Case Packed Order

All products in a box must have matching SKU’s and condition. All boxes with the same product must contain equal quantities of that product in each box and must have been packed by the same manufacturer. Products that have the same SKU and quantities will be packed into one master carton and referred to as a Case Packed Product.

Individual Items

Each box may contain one or more products of varying quantities and conditions. If the products in the box are different from each other or have different SKU numbers, choose the option for Individual Products.

Once you have selected your packaging type, create an inward FBA order inside Amazon Seller Central and then create a matching Replenishment order inside the Ecosystem. You can refer to the Ecosystem to confirm your current stock availability. Carton details as needed to create your inward order.

As your replenishment volume grows, it is possible and can be cost efficient to send full pallets into Amazon rather than individual cartons. There are some minor pallet preparation fees applied at the hub.

Here is a quick overview on How to Calculate Pallet versus Small Parcel Delivery Costs.

Shipments sent to Amazon Warehousing and Distribution centers require a Withdrawal order to Freight and are not included in the standard SPD process for sending replenishments directly to Amazon Fulfillment Centers.
