Community Tools:

Slack, Facebook, and other community tools can be accessed through your welcome email. If you didn’t get access, please review the helpdesk documents. If you are still struggling with access to these tools, please reach out to support@marketplacesuperheroes.com

Bonuses and Discounts:

Your welcome email will detail out any special bonuses with your specific program. Discounts will be applied during purchase within the Ecosystem or separate purchase links

Great question!

  • If you purchased a program (Accelerate, Ignite, 6FHB), you get to keep the access and bonuses that came with your program. You don’t need to reach out to us about anything, we will simply add what is missing to your account

  • We will reach out to you if there are any specific adjustments to your account not covered in this documentation
