Park the Mark

Watch the video to see how to create a new Brand Package and Trademark Package Orders. It also covers off Park The Mark and the payment plan for the Trademark Package.

Please note, when you are buying from the Brand Store, if there are no logos to choose from, this means that they are sold out and you will have to wait until the next Brand ‘drop’ which are scheduled for roughly once a month and will be advertised on the Win Your Wednesday session.

We’ve introduced Park the Mark so that for a small fee, you can reserve a Brand name and logo ready to use in the future.

Please note that you will have 3 months to pay the remainder of the outstanding balance otherwise that logo will be removed from your account and placed back into the Brand Store for sale again.

You still need to choose either the Brand Package or the Trademark Package from the Brand Store but whichever you choose, the initial cost for Park the Mark is the same.

Just click on the Park the Mark option and a brief explanation of the process will appear.

Then choose your logo.

You won’t be able to continue until you do.

The cost will be shown at the bottom of the page.

If you are happy with your choice, click on Checkout to go to the payment page.

Check your order details and you have selected the correct logo and check the box to confirm. You won’t be able to continue until you do.

Click Submit for payment.

Complete your payment details and then click on Pay.

You will receive confirmation that your order has been successfully purchased and also what will happen next.

The status will be shown as ‘Parked’.

When you are ready to start using your 'Parked' Brand, just click on the view icon on the right.

You can view your order and then click on Pay Balance to take you to the payment page or click on the white cross in the top right to go back to the order summary page.

The balance of your payment is shown. Check the box to confirm that the information is correct and then click on Submit for payment.

Complete your card details and click on Pay.

This example shows the cost for a Brand Package. If you have chosen the Trademark Package, the balance of payment will be more. Also, for the Trademark Package only, you are able to use the payment plan option which will be available on the view page once you have Parked the Mark for that package.

The status of your order will change to Submitted and you will receive confirmation that your order has been successfully purchased and what the next steps are.

If you have chosen the Brand Package, there will be an option on the pop up message to upgrade to the Trademark Package.

If you need a reminder of the next steps, this information will still be available in your Notifications.

For the Trademark Package only, once you have Parked the Mark, you can either click on Pay Balance to pay the remainder or you can use the payment plan. Just click on the link and complete the details on the form.
