Navigating around the Brand Store

Please note, when you are buying from the Brand Store, if there are no logos to choose from, this means that they are sold out and you will have to wait until the next Brand ‘drop’ which are scheduled for roughly once a month and will usually be advertised on the Wednesday Wealth session.

The SuperHero Brand Store can be accessed in 2 different ways.

  1. Use the Brands link at the top of the page and then click on either:

    1. Purchase Brand - this will take you directly into the Brand Store to select your new Brand.

    2. Brand Orders - this will take you to your previously purchased Brand Store orders.

2. From the Solutions menu on the left navigation, click on Branding and then Brand Store.

This will take you to a list of previously created orders. If this is your first order, this page will be blank.

The order summary page will show you the status of any orders you have paid for. There is a status bar at the top which shows the different statuses and if you hover over the line, you will see a fuller description of how far along in the process your order is.

You can also view your orders in grid view. Just click on the toggle button to switch between line and grid views.

Both views will show you the Status of your current Listing Order in slightly different formats.

List view - There is a coloured bullet and you can hover over to see a description of the status.

Grid view - There is a banner in the top right showing the status.

You can view your orders from either the line or grid view. Just click on the view icon.

 

 

This will show you the order details and the next steps involved. These will be different depending on whether you chose the Brand Package or the Trademark Package.

Just click on the white cross to close down.

Parked

You have reserved a Brand name and logo by paying a deposit. Once you have paid the remaining balance, you will have full access to this Brand once created.

Submitted

The order has been created and paid and is awaiting allocation to a Team Member for processing.

Processing

Your order has been assigned to a Team Member and is being processed.

On Hold

Your order has been placed on hold by the allocated Team Member. You will receive a notification with the reason for this.

Processing Queued

The order is no longer on hold and is back in the queue for processing awaiting action by the Team Member.

Complete

You will be notified once your Brand has been created and uploaded into the EcoSystem common data Brand Assets.

Search for an Order

You can search for your Brand Store Orders in 2 ways.

First you can use the quick Search function which is on the left as shown below. Click on the box and type in a few letters or numbers of what you are searching for. This will show all the results with those letters or numbers highlighted in yellow. Just delete to go back to the full list again.

Or you can use the filters on the right. Click to open. Then choose what you want to search for, for example, all completed orders.

Click on search and you will see the result.

You can narrow it down even further by adding in another search criteria, for example, all Trademark Packages that have been completed. Click on search.

To clear the information and close, click on reset. This will take you back to the full list again and close the filters down.
