Notifications

Watch the video to see where you can access your Notifications and what to do if you receive a Notification for further action.

Notifications within the EcoSystem are important messages which are relevant to your business. In some cases the notifications are purely information, and in some cases the notifications require you to take action.

Notifications are displayed initially as a Pop Up window.

Once you have read the notification, you will also be able to access the notification from your Account → Notifications or click on Get More to see the full Notifications list.

Notifications will automatically appear on your screen but please ensure you check your notifications often for important messages or items that require your attention.

For notifications which are critical and require your immediate attention, you will receive a notification in your Accounts notification section, as well as an email sent to the email address provided in your Personal Information section.
