Edit Product

Select Edit to update or change the Product’s information.

All fields are editable except the SKU.

Ensure you select Save on the Main Info Tab before moving to another page as your changes will be lost if you do not save beforehand.

Add Carton Dimensions, Weight and Units

The Add Carton button contains the carton information you receive from your Supplier. These are the dimensions and weight of the master/outer carton which your Supplier provided during the initial ordering process for your Product.

The carton dimensions added in for the product can be referenced and used when creating an SRN, however these dimensions are simply for reference and can be changed at any time on the SRN or on the Product's common data.

Multiple carton configurations can be added in per product. This could happen if you decide to box your Products differently on the second order, or you might have an odd number of Products which require a smaller carton configuration.

In order to delete a carton template entry, select Delete Line, and to add an additional carton template entry, select Add Carton.

Add Marketplaces

The Add Marketplaces button allows you to enter in all the Amazon marketplaces where you will be selling the product. The Marketplace information is linked to one individual product, meaning you can add Marketplace information for the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Germany and any other Marketplace, all on the one Marketplace Information tab for the same product.

All fields are editable on this section.

To delete a Marketplace, just click on delete line.

Remember to Save your changes. If you don’t, you will be prompted about your unsaved data and can choose whether to save or not. N.B. Saving your changes will not move you from the page.

Please note that in order to create a replenishment order, the relevant Amazon Marketplace information needs to be populated in the Marketplace Info tab. If the Marketplace information is not populated for the Marketplace you want to send your stock into, then the replenishment process will not have all the required information to allow you to create a replenishment order in the Superhero Freight application.

You will receive confirmation that your Product has been successfully edited.

Listings

The Listings tab can be accessed when you edit a product. It displays the Listing information added for each Marketplace for the specific Product. The Listing information can be entered either as part of the Product data, or on the Listing Builder application and then copied over to the Product common data entry.

N.B. When updating the listing information on the Product common data, the changes are not automatically reflected in the Listing Builder application.

Select Save to update the listings details with the changes, or select Return to list to return to the summary list of products without saving the changes. If you Save, you will receive confirmation that the Listing information has been edited.

Add Images

To add images to the product common data, edit the product, and scroll to the bottom of the page under the marketplace details.

The main image can be added by selecting the “select image” text under the main image heading. The main image is used for the thumbnails on the product list summary
