For Direct Shipment Deliveries: the delivery address will be determined based on the size and nature of your shipment. Once you know your carton size and weight, number of cartons, and whether or not your shipment will arrive as individual cartons or pallets, please contact support@enzone.com with these details and we will provide you the delivery address to give to your supplier.

DO NOT ship items to the CA address listed without prior approval and confirmation! This will result in delays, additional fees, and could cause issues if your shipment becomes undeliverable.

Please note, these numbers are NOT support numbers, they are for Shippers and Courier drivers only, so that they can reach us to organize deliveries of goods. Members are not permitted to contact warehouses directly - please email support@enzone.com

EnZone would respectfully ask that you refrain from personally contacting these warehouses directly as the communication chain is quite strict. We need to be able to monitor it all to make sure we can keep on top of everything to ensure a smooth delivery process.
