Create Company

Watch the video to see how to add your Company information to the EcoSystem.

Select Create to create a new Company common data entry or you can use the shortcut button and select Common Data/Company. This will take you to the same Create Company page.

Enter in the relevant values in the required fields. Mandatory fields are indicated with a red asterisk next to the field name.

You can add a logo by clicking on the Update button.

The following fields are required on the Company Information entry

Company Name	Registered name of your company	Mandatory
Registration Number	This is the company registration number and is a unique number issued to you when your company is registered. This number is referred to differently depending on the country you are in: US - EIN or Employer Identification Number UK - CRN or Company Registration Number AU - ABN or Australian Business Number	Mandatory
Address	Registered address of your company	Mandatory
City	Registered city of your company	Mandatory
State/Region	Registered region of your company	Mandatory
Postcode/Zipcode	Registered postcode of your company	Mandatory
VAT Number	A VAT number is a value-added tax identification number that allows governments to track the VAT activity of registered businesses. It is known by a different name in each country: US - TIN or Tax Identification Number. UK - VAT or Value Added Tax number. AU - TFN or Tax File Number.	Non Mandatory
Country	Registered country of your company	Mandatory
Phone Number	Company phone number for registered company	Non Mandatory
Emails	Email address you used to register your business with	Non Mandatory

Click on Save to save the information and return to your list of Companies or just click on Return to List to close without saving.

Once you have Saved the new information, you will receive a confirmation.
