Edit, View or Delete Your Listing Creator Order
Edit Your Order
You are only able to edit your order if:
You receive a message advising that further information is required;
Or
You haven’t yet paid for the order.
Order is on hold - further information is required
If your order has been placed on hold, you will receive a notification and the reason that the order is on hold. The status icon will change colour and the hover over will advise ‘Your order requires adjustment’.
When you have closed the notification down, you are still able to view this message by clicking on the notifications icon to view the last few notifications or click on your profile icon then notifications for your full list of all notifications.
To add additional information to your order, click on the view icon on the right.
You are then able to click on the edit button on the top right above the ‘Member To Action’ status banner.
In this edit mode, all the fields are locked i.e. you can’t change them, apart from the ‘Clarification By Member’ box at the very bottom. Add in all the additional details needed to enable Admin to complete your Listing. Then Save or Return to list without saving if you prefer to complete at a later time.
If you completed the details and clicked on save, you will receive a confirmation message and the status will change to show ‘Your order is in the processing queue’. This will then be picked up by the Admin staff to continue with your order.
N.B. If your order is put back in the processing queue, this order will join the queue as if it was a new order. Therefore, if there are a lot of orders to process, there may be a short delay.
If your order is On Hold but with a status that says Admin has placed your order on hold, there is no further action from you and you are only able to view your order.
If you click on view, you will see that there is no option to edit your order. When Admin are in a position to continue with your order, the status will change to Processing.
Order Unpaid
If you haven’t paid yet, click on the view button from the summary page.
Then click on edit. You can then edit any or all of the fields and attach files.
If you change your mind, just click on the white cross to close the page down.
When you have made the changes, click on Save to return to the order summary page or Submit to continue to pay for the order.
Viewing Your Order
To view your Listing Orders, you can click on View in either List or Grid view.
If you have paid for your order, you won’t be able to make any amendments. Just click on the white cross to close the page down.
Delete Your Order
You can only delete an order before you pay for it. Once you have paid, this is no longer an option.
From your list of orders, click on view.
Add image when eye is back.
Then click on the delete icon.
Click on yes to delete or no to keep the order.
You will receive a message that your order has been successfully deleted.
