Carrier and Airway Bill

If you are sending goods via Air Express, you will need to add the carrier and airway bill.

Please note the following:

• The carrier and airway bill number might not be known at the time of creating the SRN;

• The carrier and airway bill will be known before or shortly after the stock has left your supplier;

• Ensure you obtain the carrier and airway bill details from your Supplier immediately after your goods have been dispatched, and update the SRN accordingly.
