Manage your Account

After creating a Ecosystem Account, you will be able to perform several actions for managing your own account information within the Ecosystem.

Please be aware when using the ‘auto populate’ function when updating your personal information as the email addresses could also change. This could cause problems and confusion when you try to log into the Ecosystem next.

My Account Details

Access your account details from the right hand side of the Ecosystem Home Page by clicking on your profile icon.

When selecting your profile icon, the dropdown list gives you access to:

  1. Personal info
    Update basic info in your Ecosystem Account. Learn how to change your personal information. Update all the mandatory personal information fields. Mandatory fields are indicated with an asterisk behind the field name.

  2. Security
    Update your password in your Ecosystem Account. Learn how to change your password.

  3. Notifications
    View all notifications sent to you for any application or service within the Ecosystem. Learn how to view your notifications.

  4. Subscriptions
    View all current and expired subscriptions for applications within the Ecosystem. Learn how to view your subscriptions to applications.

  5. Signed Documents
    All your legal documents saved conveniently in one place for you to access whenever you want..

  6. Coupons
    View and activate all coupons assigned to you for any application, service or product within the Ecosystem. Learn how to view and activate your coupons for various applications and services.
