In this video, you can see where to find your subscriptions and any additional actions you can take.
As part of the Ecosystem, there are various applications which are available to help support your business.
A valid subscription allows you access to the relevant application and service. For example, a subscription for Freight allows you access to the Freight application as well as use of the Freight warehouses and services.
Subscriptions can be assigned through the following:
Coupons assigned as part of a program offer;
Subscription to the application on a monthly basis;
Subscription to the application on a yearly basis (if provided).
Access your Subscription page from My Account → Subscriptions
The Subscription Summary section displays the application you are subscribed to, the date your access to the application expires and the status of your subscription.
When your subscription is due for renewal, the Ecosystem will process your payment using the credit card details initially provided. If there are any issues with the payment, the status will be updated to reflect this. In addition, an email and notification will be sent advising you of the failed renewal.

Change card details for subscription payments
Once you have subscribed to an application, you will be able to update your credit card details from your My Account → Subscription section.
Select Update Card Details for the specific subscription.
