Freight Subscriptions

 

 

Watch the video to see how to change your freight subscription from monthly to annually.

 

In order to access all the benefits of Freight, you will need to purchase a freight subscription. From the Dashboard, click on Freight and then any of the submenus.

You will see an error message advising you need a freight subscription. Click on Buy to purchase.

You will be given the option to choose between a monthly or an annual subscription. Just click on the relevant option and then Checkout.

You will be taken to the payment page to complete your order.

Once this is done, you will have access to the Freight section. Our Freight Resource Guide will explain what this is.

Changing your subscription from monthly to annually.

When you sign up to Freight, you will have the option to choose either an annual or monthly subscription.

If you have a monthly subscription and would like to change to annual, this can be done at any time. You can watch the video above or follow through the process below.

Simply click on the icon on the top right and then on subscriptions.

Then choose the left action option.

A notification box will appear advising that the change to annual subscription will take place when your monthly renewal is due.

So for example, if you are due to renew your monthly subscription on 23 April, the next payment taken will be on 23 April for the annual subscription and you will no longer be charged on a monthly basis. If you have only just renewed your monthly subscription, then the annual payment wouldn’t be taken until your next subscription is due in the following month.

Click on Approve to continue or Cancel.

You will receive a notification confirming your subscription has been updated.

Once you have closed the notification, you will notice that the option to convert the subscription to annual has been removed.

Update your payment card details

If you want to update the card details you use for your freight subscription, you can do this here. This could be because the card has expired or you just want to use a different card.

Click on Update Card Details under Actions.

This will take you to the payments page. Update your card details and click on Save Card.

You will receive a confirmation notification confirming your card details have been updated. If this was done because of e.g. an expired card and your subscription was suspended, your subscription will be reactivated.

Cancel your freight subscription

Before you are able to cancel your freight subscription, you need to ensure:

  • There is no stock stored at any of the Warehouses under your Account.

  • There is no SRN currently in progress under your Account.

  • There are no outstanding invoices owing.

  • There are no current Freight jobs being processed e.g. replenishment orders.

You will receive an error message if there is anything outstanding. An example is shown below:

If your account is clear, then click on the Cancel Subscription button under Actions.
