This is where you start to delve a little deeper into a Researched Product to see what customers love, hate or would like to see improved or changed. This will then help you to decide whether you are able to improve on a Product you want to sell before sourcing it.
To add Review Mining to your Researched Product, click on either View or Edit from the Researched Product summary page.
In order to add Review Mining, you need to be in the Edit mode. If you are in View mode and this is the first time that you are adding Review Mining for a Product, you will see the message below advising it does not exist.
From here, you can click on Edit and this will open up the Review Mining page for inputting. If you are already in Edit mode, this page will open up automatically.
Add in information on all 3 sections - What Customers Love, What Customers Hate and What Customers Want. You can find this out by looking at the reviews for that Product on Amazon.
Click on Save once you have input the relevant information. You will receive a confirmation advising you have saved the information.
If you click into View mode, you will see a more condensed overview.
When you return to the Summary page, you will see that the Review Mining icon has turned to blue to show that your comments have been linked to the Researched Product.
