Watch the video to see how to add Sample Notes to your Researched Product.
If you have received Samples of a Product, either from a competitor or from a Supplier, you can jot down your observations about this Product on this page. This will remind you about any good or bad points that you may want to replicate or avoid.
To add Sample Notes to your Researched Product, click on either View or Edit from the Researched Product summary page.
In order to add Sample Notes, you need to be in the Edit mode. If you are in View mode and this is the first time that you are adding Sample Notes for a Product, the box will be empty.
From here, you can click on Edit and this will open up the Sample Notes text box. If you are already in Edit mode, this page will open up automatically.
There are 2 different options - Competitor Samples and My Samples. Just add in the relevant information for whichever Sample you have received and click on Save. For example, this could be what you have tested the Sample for and if it was a Sample from your own Supplier, perhaps any follow up queries or changes to the Product that you may have.
You will receive a confirmation advising you have saved the information.
When you review your Sample Notes using the View mode, you will see a more condensed overview.
