Pre-buy Freight CBM

It is now no longer necessary to pre-buy CBM. This change was introduced due to the current shipping environment and may change at a future time. However, due notice will be given if this happens.

In order to purchase Pre-buy CBM, click on Freight from the left navigation and then CBM Activity.

 

  1. Transaction history will be displayed showing all transactions that have taken place for your Pre-buy account, including when you initially purchased your Pre-buy credit, the date and amount of CBM you bought, all the CBM consumed for shipping products to the respective warehouses and the current balance.

  2. You will also be able to view your current CBM balance on the right hand side.

  3. You can easily top up your Pre-buy balance by clicking on Purchase Pre-buy credits. Learn more about purchasing Pre-buy credits.

  4. The Rolling Average for your Pre-buy CBM is displayed. Rolling average is the average cost per CBM across all Pre-buys. This value is used for calculations on shipping for important taxes and duties fees. Learn more about CBM Rolling Average.
