Replenishment Statuses

Member to Action is the process for the Freight warehouse to notify you that they cannot process your replenishment order as there is an issue with the replenishment order.
You will be notified of the issue with the replenishment order and will need to correct the issue before the Freight warehouse can process your replenishment order.
Once you have raised your replenishment order, it will progress through various stages.
When you initially place your order, this shows as Pending and you will still be able to edit your order as long as it is a case packed order.
Once the order has been picked up by one of the Warehouse Team, the status will change to In Progress and the icon colour will change to blue. There are 2 different messages depending on whether the replenishment was case packed or an Individual Pack & Case order (IPC - Warehouse).

Once your order has been processed by the Warehouse Team, the status changes to Awaiting Collection by the courier.
If there is an issue or query with your order, it will be placed on hold and your order will show a Member to Action status.
You will receive a notification showing the reason why your replenishment order has been placed into Member to Action status. You will be able to edit your order and the order won’t progress until you correct the issue.

When updating the replenishment order with the information required, you can also provide the warehouse team with information on the changes you have made. Please add in the details showing what you have amended

If you miss the notification popup, you can view all your past notifications by accessing the notifications section from your profile icon or you can click on the notifications icon at the top which will show you the latest few items and then click on Get More which will take you to the full list.

You can also click on View or Edit to see what the issue is but you will only be able to update in edit mode. All fields are editable, so ensure you double check your replenishment order.

An email will also be sent to your email account to ensure you are notified of the hold on your replenishment order.

A notification is displayed confirming the changes have been successfully updated. Replenishment order status will be set back to Pending.
Your order will then progress through the stages again until it reaches the final status of Despatched when the courier comes to collect from the Warehouse.
