Edit Direct Order

 

Once your direct shipping order is in place, you are able to edit the carrier and airway bill details until the item is in stock. These details should be obtained from your Supplier immediately after your goods have been dispatched and updated on the SRN accordingly.

To edit your SRN, access your Shipping Orders from the Dashboard.

You will see your list of Shipping Orders. The edit option is only available until your order arrives in our warehouse. After that, you will only be able to view the order and the edit option will no longer be available to choose.

The only fields available to edit will be the Airway Bill and Carrier. Complete these details if applicable and then click on Save. If you are shipping a wholesale product in the same country, then the airway bill won’t be needed.

You will receive confirmation that the details have been updated.
